Our work included strategy, creative direction, photography and video, social media management, copywriting, campaign development, email marketing, and collaborations with local Connecticut tastemakers throughout ROLi’s launch period. We developed press and launch communications rooted in the owners’ personal histories and culinary philosophy, created early visual assets that highlight the open kitchen and seasonal menu, and established a tone that feels elevated, warm, and distinctly European. This foundation helped introduce ROLi to New Haven with clarity and resonance as it entered the market.
