Ex Waitress has partnered with the Bankers Life Fairfield branch – which encompasses four offices across Connecticut and one in New York – since early 2024. Together, we’ve modernized the branch’s regional presence through an ongoing, strategy-led approach to content, paid social, recruitment support, and community storytelling.

Our work includes developing the branch’s brand voice, producing monthly short-form educational videos, graphics, photography, and infographics, managing paid social campaigns, and supporting both financial professional recruitment and new client acquisition. We’ve also helped financial professionals strengthen their individual social media presences by creating and leading a two-part, in-person social media workshop tailored to their needs and compliance requirements.
In 2025, Ex Waitress expanded this foundation by creating the Medicare Workshop initiative – a complete educational program designed, structured, and branded from the ground up. We developed the messaging framework, visual identity, WebinarJam landing experience, financial professional rotation model, and integrated awareness plan across organic, paid, and email channels, all crafted to remain fully compliant while making Medicare education clear and pressure-free. The result is a scalable, repeatable program that deepens community trust, empowers financial professionals, and positions the Fairfield branch as a leading regional resource for accessible, unbiased Medicare guidance.
